SERVICE COORDINATION
Service and Support Administration (SSA) is committed to ensuring all eligible Highland County residents with DD receive services that enhance the quality of their lives while promoting individual choice.
The SSA services connect persons with DD and their families to services provided by the Highland County Board of DD and other agencies and services in the community, including the school systems.
This is accomplished by obtaining and sharing information, making referrals, and services planning.
An SSA is assigned to each person to ensure that consistent support is provided in a timely manner.
