Highland County Board of DD staff includes over 75 full-time, part-time and substitute staff.

The Administrative team is overseen by the Superintendent and consists of an Executive Administrative Assistant, Assistant Superintendent, Business Director, SSA Director, Early Childhood Director, Community First Director, Registered Nurse, Investigative Agent, Human Resources Director, Administrative Assistant/Fiscal Agent, IT Manager and Operations Manager.

 

The Hills and Dales preschool staff is led by the Assistant Superintendent whose team consists of a Preschool Supervisor, Intervention Specialists/Preschool Teachers, Educational Aide Paraprofessionals, and Office Administrator.

 

Preschool transportation is overseen by the Operations Manager, whose team consists of an Administrative Assistant who works closely with the Business Office, Operations Associates and Vehicle Operators/Bus Drivers.

 

The Help Me Grow program is overseen by the Early Childhood Director whose team consists of a Program Manager, Supervisors and Home Visitors who serve families in several different Ohio counties. 

 

The Hills and Dales Early Intervention is led by the Early Childhood Director whose team consists of a Speech Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, Early Intervention Developmental Specialists, Early Intervention Service Coordinators, and an Early Childhood Administrative Assistant. 

 

The Service & Support Administration is led by an SSA Director, whose staff consists of an MUI Contact & Waiver Manager, and SSAs. 
 

The Community First Department is led by the Community First Director whose staff consists of a Community First Transition Manager who focuses on helping school age students find their college and career paths, a Job Developer who works with employers and adults with filling/finding job opportunities, a Community First Coordinator who also works with Special Olympics, a Community First Specialist who focuses on the Up and Beyond Art Studio. 

 

The Information Technology Department is overseen by the IT Manager and staff consists of IT Specialists.
